Good Imagery = Visitors

” A picture is worth a thousand words”

Using optimised images for the web is essential.

Websites that are populated with poor imagery do not create lasting impressions and visitors to your website will not return.

Which images to use?

Believe it or not it is very difficult in today’s web marketing industry of finding images that have not been used a hundred times on a hundred different websites, image banks are springing up all over, however they are just regurgitating the same images that are everywhere else.  Being able to research a business effectively involves skill and using images that are not immediately obvious but give your website visitors food for thought are the images that need to be well presented on your website.

Professional Photography

In an ideal world – if the budget permits, I would recommend commissioning a local photographer to take images of your business – why?

  1. A professional can take great looking images in high definition that will make your website special.
  2. The images will be yours to keep and can be watermarked and not infringed by third parties.
  3. Well shot imagery is immediately noticeable.
  4. Source photography can be used in all sorts of marketing from brochures to business cards!

The more time and effort you spend on your website – the more reward you will get out of it.  This adage should be applied to everything that we do

I understand how to compliment your business with fresh imagery that has a proven track record of keeping customers on your website for longer, lengthier visits and will ultimately make you more money.
